Responsibilities

Oversee and manage real estate agents, providing guidance and support in their daily activities. Ensure compliance with fair housing regulations and real estate laws in all transactions. Utilize negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for clients and the brokerage. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers. Handle property management tasks and administrative duties efficiently. Utilize strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate and streamline real estate operations.

Pay: $94,836.00 - $106,339.00 per year
