We are a boutique real estate investment and property management firm managing a growing portfolio of residential and mixed-use assets. We're looking for a
motivated, organized, and hands-on Real Estate Manager
who wants to learn every part of the business--from acquisitions and renovations to daily management and asset disposition.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily property operations and on-site staff
Manage renovations and coordinate with vendors and contractors
Handle rent collections, tenant communications, and lease compliance
Track budgets, invoices, and project timelines
Support ownership with acquisitions and property performance reporting
Conduct regular property visits and ensure quality standards are met
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (required)
Real estate and managerial experience (required)
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Computer savvy (Excel, Google Workspace, or similar tools)
Must have a reliable car
and be willing to travel between properties
Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented
Punctual, reliable, and self-driven
What We Offer
$55,000 - $70,000 annual salary +
