Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough legal research and provide sound legal advice to clients
- Demonstrate exceptional analytical acuity, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in drafting and reviewing documents
- Represent clients in court, showcasing exceptional communication skills
Qualifications:-
- A clear and active license to practice law in California
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in litigation focusing on Real Estate
