We put in writing...if you do not make $100,000 in additional income above what you made last year, we will pay you the difference! Responsibilities: o Work closely with Buyers' Agents to negotiate contracts to closing o Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer's agents o Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service o Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base o Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings Qualifications: o Proven track record of $500,000+ GCI annually. o A hunger to grow to $1,000,000+ in GCI and beyond. o Strong leadership skills with experience in building and leading successful teams. o Commitment to following systems and executing processes without deviation. o Not "married" to your current broker or brokerage; you're ready for what's next. o Grit, determination, and a mindset focused on winning and dominating your local market.
