Pay structure: $40,000 annually, plus 75 BPS per closed loan.

The Real Estate Lending Manager at Horizon Federal Credit Union is responsible for ensuring all facets of our Real Estate lending programs are accurate and efficient while creating high quality, member focused solutions. The Real Estate Lending Manager enthusiastically drives the Credit Union's lending production levels through the development of strong business relationships, staff knowledge and appropriate technology.
This leadership position is responsible for identifying missed or expanded opportunities to effectively grow member relationships and enhance the Credit Union's competitive position in a manner consistent with its mission and vision. The successful candidate oversees all lending personnel and day-to-day operations.
Degree in Business, Finance or Marketing required; Bachelor's preferred. May substitute for related experience. Minimum of 5 years progressive management experience within branch operations or lending required. Demonstrated commercial lending experience a plus, but not required. Thorough understanding required of financial products, services, processes, procedures, policies and regulations. Successful candidate must have proven sales management track record and demonstrated passion for exceptional service. Exemplary interpersonal, problem solving, communication and computer skills required.
