Job Description

We are looking for a Real Estate Legal Assistant to support our real estate matters and work closely with our title and mortgage companies to keep files moving to closing. This is an in-office position at our 8622 N Himes Ave, Tampa, FL office.
Responsibilities:

• Minimum 2 years of real estate legal assistant/paralegal experience
• Knowledge of real estate transactions and closing process
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Professional written and verbal communication
• Proficient with computers/MS Office
• Must work on-site in the office
