Real Estate and Leasing Coordinator

Savannah, GA

The TMX Finance\xc2\xae Family of Companies is looking for a Real Estate and Leasing Coordinator to join our team and be a part of our Real Estate and Leasing group that executes and provides results that set our business up for success. Your role would be all about providing essential support to the Real Estate and Leasing Team, while ensuring the completion of projects and maintaining the team\'s accountabilities. Meanwhile, you\'d be provided with training, growth, and development opportunities, allowing you to jumpstart your career.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Real Estate and Leasing Team.
  • Assist in preparing correspondence along with sorting, tracking, and mailing correspondence.
  • Prepare mapping for existing and prospective sites.
  • Oversee insurance certificates and forwarding current certificate to landlord.
  • Generate, audit and track projects, key dates, and other department accountabilities.
  • Prepare and process documents, security deposits, and expenses.
  • Coordinate, update, and track critical dates.
  • Track and post revenue and other miscellaneous payments.

Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in an environment that supports lease administration, real estate, and/or commercial property management
  • Must be well organized with strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent written (grammatical and spelling) and verbal communication skills
  • Must be proactive with the proven ability to address problems and identify effective solutions
  • Must be experienced in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s Degree
  • Knowledge of and experience in lease administrative and property management functions, including abstracting, payment of rent and invoices, and reconciling expenses
  • Understanding of real estate lease terminology and implications of lease language, with the ability to review and interpret lease provisions
  • Experience with real estate and lease management software
  • Experience in AdHoc reporting
