Inside Sales Agent
Who you work with matters. Marcus and Millichap Century City is looking for a licensed real estate professional who wants to learn to grow in commercial real estate while earning rewarding commissions. This Inside Sales opportunity provides hands-on training, mentorship from top producers, and a clear pathway toward becoming a full listing agent.
As an Inside Sales Agent, you will generate qualified opportunities, build pipelines, and support brokers in maintaining steady deal flow. You will gain exposure to client development, property analysis, and commercial transaction strategies while strengthening the skills needed to eventually run your own listings with confidence.
Marcus and Millichap provide structure, systems, and coaching designed to help new professionals grow quickly and sustainably. You will begin by supporting experienced brokers and transition into your own production as you develop experience, knowledge, and momentum.
First year earning potential when hitting goals: $140,000+

Responsibilities:
  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
  • Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads
  • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
  • Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions
Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
  • High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Real estate license or pursuing required
