Real Estate Director Of Operations

Job Description

We're seeking a dynamic Director of Operations to join our growing real estate team in Los Angeles. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, systems-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves bringing structure to chaos.
As the right hand to the team lead, you'll manage daily operations, streamline systems, oversee transactions, support marketing initiatives, and coordinate vendors -- all while ensuring clients receive exceptional service. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about creating efficiency. A real estate license is required.
Responsibilities:

  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry
  • Comply with tax withholding processes and legal requirements
  • Plan travel arrangements, open houses, final walkthroughs, and other necessary engagements
  • Produce all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously build our brand
  • Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings
  • Track important dates and time limits for transactions and notify relevant stakeholders as needed
  • Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible
  • Achieve company objectives and regularly compile a progress report to present to the team
  • Track and analyze expenses and ROI to support budgeting and business planning.
Qualifications:
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Background in real estate is required for this position
  • Available evenings and weekends
  • Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents
  • Must have high school diploma or GED
  • Communicates well, both verbally and written
