Job Description

We are looking for a Development Assistant to help keep projects running smoothly, assist with location research and data analysis, manage lease documentation, and ensure compliance. Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative support, real estate operations, or data and reporting roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive)
  • Familiar with tools like DocuSign, Adobe Sign, or Placer.ai; experience with reporting or project tracking platforms is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and clearly present data
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of managing documents and data accurately
  • Skilled in both verbal and written communication
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet tight deadlines
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across departments
  • Proactive, reliable, and maintains discretion with sensitive documents and information
  • Committed to supporting project execution, lease compliance, and data integrity through timely reporting and coordination
What a Day in the Life Looks Like:
  • Support research on new locations, including analyzing data to guide decision-making.
  • Assist the Real Estate Director with comparison reporting and data analysis.
  • Organize lease documents and manage electronic signature workflows to ensure timely execution.
  • Ensure lease agreements and related documentation comply with legal and organizational standards.
  • Coordinate lease activities, maintain records, and serve as a liaison within the organization.
  • Audit completed projects for data accuracy and provide reporting for post-project analysis.
