Job Overview

We are a small family-owned real estate firm with four rental properties and four Airbnbs. We are also now approved for a 50-unit elderly housing development.

We are looking for a part-time or maybe full-time person for this job. Minimum hours would be 24 per week. In this role, you will become a Co-Host for the Airbnb properties, interfacing with guests, contributing to marketing efforts, and strategizing on how to enhance that business. For both the Airbnbs and the rentals, you will help with property management and bookkeeping.

You will also be a core part of the team bringing our very unique 55+ development to life. That work will involve interfacing with key contractors, town officials, engineers, etc. We plan to sub out house-building per se, but there will still be many parties to deal with.

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, multi-tasker. Somebody creative yet disciplined and somebody committed to excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem solving, communication, and people skills.

Previous experience in real estate would be a big plus but we would be open to someone without that experience. if they had solid skills in other domains such as bookkeeping, marketing, tech, or paralegal work. That said, this role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real estate development, property management, and project coordination.

Pay: $49,819.09 - $59,997.18 per year
