Job Summary
As a member of the Economic Development & Real Estate (ED&RE) team, work with departments across the university to manage existing off campus leases and lease renewals, initiate new off campus leases, perform standard due diligence for potential acquisitions, and maintain all required records and databases relating to university real estate processes. Successful candidate will be a detail oriented, motivated and entrepreneurial member of the ED&RE team who can work independently to meet deadlines and effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.


Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel & Word, use of accounting software, detailed document organization, the ability to set goals and meet scheduled due dates.
