Job Description


SUMMARY:

Under limited supervision, the Real Estate Coordinator will serve as a primary contact for facilities related inquiries including lease questions, facility branding, and utilities coordination.



JOB DUTIES

  • Provides field support by responding to inquiries regarding lease status, requirements, etc.
  • Coordinates all utility setup/termination for all locations, ensuring compliance with regard to property status
  • Manages interdepartmental communications including coordination with lease administration, accounts payable, insurance or other as needed
  • Ensures that all requests are escalated, completed, and documented
  • Administers facility branding requirements and coordinates with suppliers as needed
  • Schedules and facilities property audits ensuring appropriate brand representation
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Typically requires an associate\'s degree and three (3) to five (5) years of related expereince or an equivalent combination.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

  • Lease management and CoStar experience preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Stong problem solving skills and critical thinking
  • Must be able to effectively manage time, prioritize, and execute
  • High attention to detail
