Buyer's Agent Opportunity We are looking for a motivated and professional licensed real estate agent who wants to learn to master the buyer side of the business while earning rewarding commissions. This is an opportunity to work with motivated buyers and provide an elevated experience for high-value clients through a respected, growth-minded real estate group. First year earning potential when hitting goals: $140,000+. In this position, you will guide buyers through every stage of the purchase process, from initial consultation and tailored property tours to negotiations and closing. You will learn to build meaningful client relationships while creating a personalized experience that reflects the team's commitment to quality and service. You will also collaborate with top-producing agents and team leaders who consistently perform at a high level. With pre-screened leads, structured systems, and a culture built on mentorship and accountability, you'll have the foundation to grow your production and achieve consistency. Responsibilities: o Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results o Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close o Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers o Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home o Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget Qualifications: o High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred o Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills o Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success o Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car o Real estate license required o Superb communication About Company: Elite operates out of one of the top-producing, flagship real estate offices in San Diego.
