You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer's dream home. Responsibilities: o Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers o Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale o Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home o Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options o Work closely with buyers to locate and negotiate the successful purchase of a home through the process of ongoing, consistent and clear communication and a high level of customer service Qualifications: o Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry o Candidate must have a successful track record of real estate sales o Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car o At least one year of experience as a buyer's agent or relevant real-estate experience o Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply o An Active Georgia Real Estate License Is A Requirement No Exception o A commitment to professional growth and education o High level of commitment to embrace real estate technology and social media o A strong desire to take your career to the next level and a strong desire to make $100,000+ About Company: We are a successful RE/MAX real estate team.
