You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer's dream home. Responsibilities: o Collaborate with office staff to maintain a high level of customer service for buyers and potential buyers until the transaction is closed o Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close o Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers o Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up, facilitating communication, and adding them to the sales pipeline o Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home Respond quickly to warm, high-intent buyer leads and manage follow-up using our CRM.Conduct buyer consultations to understand goals, budget, and preferred areas within Metro Atlanta.Search for suitable homes, schedule and host showings, and guide clients through property evaluations.Write offers, negotiate contract terms, and advocate for clients using GAR forms and team best practices.Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, closing attorneys, and our Transaction Coordinator to ensure a smooth contract-to-close process.Deliver exceptional, concierge-level service from first contact to closing, maintaining clear communication throughout.Use our team systems and tech stack to stay organized and efficient.Attend team training, coaching, and weekly accountability meetings to support ongoing skill development.Maintain accurate records of client interactions, showings, and transaction milestones.Uphold RE/MAX Town & Country brand standards and all Georgia real estate compliance requirements.Represent The Ailion Team with professionalism in person, online, and within the community. Qualifications: o Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills o Valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car o Must have or be in pursuit of a real estate license o Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry o High school diploma or GED required o An Active Georgia Real Estate License Is A Requirement No Exception o A commitment to professional growth and education o High level of commitment to embrace real o estate technology and social media o Strong communication and negotiation skills o Excellent time management and organizational abilities o Comfortable working with warm leads and managing a high-activity pipeline o A strong desire to take your career to the next level and a strong desire to make $100,000+ About Company: We are a successful RE/MAX real estate team.
