We're a fast-moving real estate investment group with a strong track record of closing deals and flipping properties across Las Vegas. Our team is built on performance, trust, and collaboration - and we're looking for a motivated

field acquisitions partner

to help us take things to the next level.

This isn't a typical buyer role. We're looking for someone who's ready to

partner with us, grow with us, and take ownership

in making deals happen - from first appointment to follow-up and contract.

We generate the leads and set the appointments. You show up,

work with the team

, and get deals across the finish line.

What You'll Be Doing

Attend seller appointments across Las Vegas (we book them) Build rapport, understand seller motivation, and

guide conversations with empathy

Learn and apply our process for estimating property values and repair costs Capture walkthrough videos and condition details for team review Present offers and

negotiate win-win deals

Stay in daily communication with our internal team (dispo, TC, lead managers, etc.) Update lead notes, perform follow-ups, and track next steps in our CRM Work hand-in-hand with the team to

refine your approach and close more contracts
