Elite Ann Arbor is looking for a licensed real estate professional who wants to step into an Associate Broker opportunity centered on growth, leadership, and rewarding commissions. First year earning potential when hitting goals: $140,000+.
You will learn to recruit, coach, and mentor motivated agents while using proven systems, training, and structure designed to help your group grow. A steady flow of new agents in the pipeline provides regular opportunities to connect, guide, and build momentum within your business.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, mentor, and train new and experienced real estate agents
• Provide ongoing guidance to help team members grow production and reach their goals
• Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for growth and retention
• Support agents with transaction guidance, contracts, and compliance questions
• Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and collaboration within your team
• Leverage company resources, tools, and systems to help agents succeed

Qualifications:

• Superb customer service and communication skills
• The management and leadership skills to successfully guide a team of high-performing real estate agents
• Active Michigan real estate license is required and/or a willingness to obtain a broker's license
• Previous experience in sales, team leadership, or brokerage support
• Strong track record of production and knowledge of the local real estate market
• Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop agents at different career stages
• Organized and resourceful with a focus on long-term growth
