SKM Title & Closing Services, PC/Sharaf & Maloney, PC is seeking a motivated real estate attorney to join our South Shore-area team. Candidates with portable business can qualify for a signing bonus and earn increased commission.

The ideal candidate must be:

caring, compassionate and comfortable interacting with clients tactfully in every customer service situation self-starter and someone who possess a strong ability to develop and deepen relationships with clients, customers, loan officers and agents a team-player able to work independently and collaboratively organized and an excellent communicator, written and verbally

Qualifications

Individual must be a member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar A solid understanding of purchase money transactions and all overall aspects of the closing process Proven track record of representing buyers and sellers from contract to closing
