What You'll Do

Serve clients in buying, selling and leasing residential properties -- guiding them from lead generation to closing and lease execution. Manage leasing processes including tenant screening, lease negotiation and move-in coordination. Prospect for new clients: build and maintain a pipeline of buyers, sellers and renters. Conduct property tours, prepare listings and marketing materials and showcase available properties to potential tenants and buyers. Negotiate contracts, draft and review lease agreements and sales documents in partnership with licensed brokers. Deliver exceptional customer service: maintain clear communication, follow through on tasks and build long-term relationships that lead to referrals. Leverage cutting-edge systems, tools and training from the Keller Williams network to grow your business and maximize results.
Qualifications:

Valid Massachusetts Real Estate License Minimum of 1year of real estate experience Proficiency in GSuite and strong technical aptitude Flexible schedule
Compensation:

This is a full commission-based position with limitless earning potential.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
