What You'll Do
Work with clients in
residential sales and leasing
, helping them buy, sell, rent, and list properties.
Conduct showings, listing appointments, and rental tours.
Create new business through lead generation tools, marketing, and follow-up systems.
Prepare and negotiate offers, lease agreements, and sales contracts.
Stay informed on local market trends to guide clients confidently.
Use KW's technology and training to continually sharpen your skills.

Qualifications:
Valid Massachusetts Real Estate License
Minimum of 1year of real estate experience
Proficiency in GSuite and strong technical aptitude
