What You Will Be Doing
Working warm seller leads in Poway Rancho Bernardo Scripps Ranch and Ramona
Hosting open houses touring properties and guiding clients through the full process
Following up with leads by call text and video
Using proven scripts and tools that top agents use every day
Building long term relationships with buyers and sellers in your farm area

Responsibilities:

• Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients
• Enter inbound leads and past clients' current information into the customer database so all real estate agents and the sales team have the most up-to-date information
• Conduct lead follow up until appointments are set with either a listing or buyer's agent
• Maintain relationships with homebuyers through phone calls, email, etc. to make sure they remember our business when they are ready to buy a home again
• Evaluate the team's progress toward company goals by producing monthly and quarterly sales reports

Qualifications:

• Track record of excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• At least one year of real estate sales experience
• Real estate license required
• High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Current U.S. driver's license and capable of traveling by car
