The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, in-depth market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties.
Conduct property showings, open houses, and client tours.
Provide clients with market insights, pricing strategies, and property recommendations.
Prepare and present offers, purchase agreements, and other real estate documents.
Identify leads, cultivate relationships, and maintain a strong client pipeline.
Negotiate contract terms on behalf of clients with professionalism and integrity.
Stay informed about market trends, property values, and relevant local regulations.
Collaborate with mortgage lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and other industry professionals.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transaction progress.
Use CRM systems, marketing tools, and MLS listings to promote properties effectively.
Qualifications
Valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one).
Proven experience as a real estate agent or related sales role (optional for entry-level).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
