to join our incredible forward thinking and motivated team of agents in the following counties: Salt Lake, Davis, Weber, Morgan, and Box Elder.

Our reputation is paramount in maintaining life-long relationships with our clients and partners. We only offer a 5 star service and this is what we pride ourselves in. We have a strong focus in the following areas and need dedicated agents to help us grow in these areas and be on a rotation for our models and spec homes:

New construction Luxury vacation homes Land development Corporate relocation Senior relocation

Must have a Utah Real Estate License Must have a current drivers license and your own vehicle Acquire clients and help them buy and sell homes with confidence Guide clients through each step of the process with understanding and knowledge Dress professionally 100% of the time. A professional appearance is important to build confidence, credibility and trustworthiness. Our clientele and corporate clients expect professionalism. Classic professional attire is required. Standards are high. Positive attitude. We focus on finding solutions. Having an attitude that you can crush it everyday is powerful. Believing in yourself, and others is a mindset that is nurtured daily. We are big on manifesting prosperous agents that love to learn and put in the work Self-starter. Prioritize and follow up quickly. This is a fundamental element of real estate. When a lead comes in can you make contact pronto? Are you good on follow up? Time is always of the essence Have courage. Real estate is not always rainbows and butterflies. Sometimes you have to deliver some not so great news, or work through and manage situations that are tough. You are the glue that holds things together Strategizing, networking and thinking outside the box. Other than the partnerships we have in place, can you think of and follow through with different types of lead generation?

We are looking for people of all ages, stages of life and backgrounds. Hours are flexible and you can work from home. You'll be working with a fun, professional and friendly brokerage that offers full support to get you up and running.

Compensation:

This is a full commission-based position with limitless earning potential.

This is not a salary position. You are an independent contractor holding your license under the Utah Relocations brokerage. We offer you the guidance and share our partnerships with you to give you the greatest chances for success and to increase your income potential.
