new or experienced agents

Role Overview

You'll assist clients with buying, selling, and renting homes while receiving full broker support, optional mentorship, and access to powerful tools to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

Work with clients through the buying/selling process Show properties and host open houses Prepare and negotiate offers Stay informed on local market trends Maintain active listings and client communication

What We're Looking For

Strong customer service and communication skills Organized, motivated, and eager to grow Ability to work independently or in a team Sales or real estate experience a plus (not required)

Requirements

Active Pennsylvania Real Estate License
