Responsibilities

Graduate from PLACE Launch - 12 week agent training Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly, proven for lead gen. & conversions Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers Conduct two open houses monthly Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments Participate in weekly script practice per team standards Participate in team activities per team standards Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call

Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge Skilled at building trust, actively listening, and delivering tailored solutions Proven ability in prospecting, lead generation, and converting team-provided leads Confident and comfortable engaging with clients over the phone Natural aptitude for handling objections and closing deals Collaborative team player Licensed real estate professional Growth-oriented and eager to learn Highly organized with outstanding time management skills Open to mastering scripts and dialogue techniques to enhance client interactions
