What We're Looking For

Licensed real estate agents (or within

60 days of licensure

) Full-time or part-time availability (minimum 15-20 hrs/week) Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to succeed Collaborative and professional communicator Desire to close at least

1+ transaction per month

Compensation

100% Commission-Based Flat fee model -- no excessive fees / splits to the brokerage Competitive team splits with growth to 90/10 Bonuses for milestones and leadership performance
