Responsibilities



Execute daily lead generation to identify and engage potential sellers. Prospect for off-market opportunities and deliver compelling value propositions to secure listings. Convert prospecting efforts into scheduled seller appointments and listing agreements. Master team-standard conversation scripts to excel in seller consultations and negotiations. Participate in weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, team trainings, and Partner Calls to enhance your skills and mindset. Track and report performance metrics using advanced CRM and technology tools to optimize your results. Utilize our data resources to identify high-potential sellers and stay ahead in the market. Regularly preview homes to deepen your understanding of local property values and market trends. Stay a student of the evolving real estate industry, adapting to new strategies and opportunities. Negotiate listing agreements and guide sellers through the process with confidence and expertise.

Qualifications



Active Real Estate License

with a minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, specializing in listings. Proven track record of securing and closing listings with measurable success. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for building rapport and trust with sellers. Hungry, driven, and competitive, with a passion for exceeding goals in a collaborative team setting. Skilled in prospecting, lead generation, and overcoming objections to secure listing opportunities. Highly organized, with excellent time management and consistent follow-through. Data-driven, growth-minded, and committed to mastering team scripts and dialogues. Positive attitude, client-focused approach, and dedication to delivering outstanding service.
