Duties
Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential by providing expert guidance and support throughout the transaction process
Conduct property showings, open houses, and market tours to showcase available listings effectively
Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract terms to secure favorable deals for clients while maintaining professionalism and fairness
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of local real estate markets, property management practices, and relevant laws such as Fair Housing regulations and real estate law
Build strong relationships with clients through personalized customer service, ensuring their needs are prioritized and expectations are exceeded
Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, organizing documentation, and coordinating with other real estate professionals to streamline transactions
Qualifications
Proven experience in real estate sales or administrative support within the industry is preferred; relevant internships are welcome
Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases
Excellent communication skills--both verbal and written--to clearly articulate property features and legal details
Outstanding organizational skills to handle multiple listings, appointments, and client interactions efficiently
