Responsibilities

What You'll Gain

Proven lead-generation systems and pipeline tracking Personalized business planning and accountability coaching Full marketing, transaction, and listing management support Access to our database, CRM, and lead flow systems In-house media and social marketing team A team culture that feels like family (and means it)

What We're Looking For

A licensed real estate agent in Virginia At least 8-10 closed transactions per year A growth mindset and desire to be coached Someone ready to plug into a high-performance team environment Professional, ethical, and client-focused

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.


We're looking for experienced agents who are ready to go all in -- for themselves, their clients, and their future.

Active Virginia Real Estate License

Already

closed a few transactions per year

(or equivalent experience)

Coachable and growth-minded
