Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the process.

Conduct market research to stay informed about current real estate trends and property values in the Meridian area.

Prepare and present competitive market analysis to clients, helping them make informed decisions.

Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.

Coordinate property showings, open houses, and other events to showcase properties to potential buyers.

Maintain a strong network of industry professionals, including mortgage lenders, appraisers, and inspectors, to facilitate smooth transactions.

Utilize digital marketing tools and social media platforms to promote listings and attract potential clients.

Qualifications

Valid real estate license

in the state of Idaho.

Strong knowledge

of the local real estate market and neighborhoods.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently

and as part of a team.

Proficient in real estate software

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Customer-focused approach

with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Willingness to work flexible hours
