Compensation:


$120,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do



Build and nurture client relationships Tour homes, host open houses, and provide expert guidance Prepare and present offers Advise on pricing, contingencies, inspections, and timelines Stay in communication so clients always feel supported Manage your pipeline in our CRM

Qualifications:

Requirements



Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson license (or willing to get one) Reliable transportation & driver's license Professional communication & strong follow-through Comfortable with tech (CRM, MLS, DocuSign/ZipForms, etc.) Prior sales or customer-facing experience is a plus
