Responsibilities
Prospect and convert leads (both inbound and outbound)

Qualifications
Required:
Active Massachusetts real estate license
Currently solo or with another team but know there's a better way
Understand this is a consultative sales role (challenging and educating clients, not just "building relationships")
Full-time commitment with schedule flexibility (sometimes you'll work evenings/weekends for clients, but this is your primary career)
Ready to follow proven systems instead of reinventing everything yourself
