Lead Generation

: Qualified buyer and seller leads from YouTube, SEO, and Boston Street Pulse media platform (no more buying Zillow leads or cold-calling)

: We expect first-year agents to close 19-24 deals. Once you reach $125K+ in net income for the year, we provide health insurance and cover most of the cost.

Responsibilities



Prospect and convert leads (both inbound and outbound) Run buyer and seller consultations Negotiate contracts Attend weekly coaching sessions and team meetings Maintain daily prospecting standards Deliver exceptional client service

Qualifications



Required:



Active Massachusetts real estate license Currently solo or with another team but know there's a better way Understand this is a consultative sales role (challenging and educating clients, not just "building relationships") Full-time commitment with schedule flexibility (sometimes you'll work evenings/weekends for clients, but this is your primary career) Ready to follow proven systems instead of reinventing everything yourself
