At The Hester Group, "Zillow Flex" is just the starting point. Our team-generated opportunities now come from Zillow Flex, Realtor.com, our website and other online partners. Our agents are seeing 15 or more inbound leads each month in and building out their sphere business to make a career out of Real Estate.

What you'll be doing Respond quickly and professionally to inbound tour and consultation requests Run buyer and seller consultations and guide clients from first contact through closing Show homes, write and negotiate contracts, and manage key deadlines Keep your CRM and partner portals updated so no opportunity slips through the cracks Plug into training, coaching and team culture so you're always sharpening your skills

What you'll get High-quality, team-generated leads from Zillow Flex, Realtor.com, our website and other media partners Proven systems and scripting so you know what to say from first contact through closing Hands-on leadership and broker support for offers, negotiations and problem-solving In-house transaction coordination and contract compliance so you stay client-facing instead of buried in paperwork Marketing and operations support for listings, open houses, social media and digital/print campaigns Strong earning potential with a commission plan designed to make six figures realistic for agents who follow the system No junk desk/office fees - we run lean so more of each closing lands in your pocket Collaborative, growth-focused culture where we share what's working and celebrate wins together

Full-time, independent contractor Location: Peachtree City, GA (local travel required) Schedule: Self-managed; weekends and some evenings as needed Compensation: Commission-based with realistic six?figure potential for agents who plug into our systems and convert team-generated opportunities
