As a Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Westfield, you'll receive hands-on training, step-by-step guidance, and the tools you need to succeed from day one. Whether you're newly licensed or shifting careers, our proven models and supportive leadership help you build a business with confidence.

What You'll Do:

Work with buyers and sellers through every step of the real estate process Grow your client base through prospecting, networking, and relationship building Conduct market research and prepare property valuations Negotiate offers and guide clients through transactions Utilize KW technology, marketing tools, and coaching to expand your business

Qualifications:

Active Utah Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain). Strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients find their dream homes. Previous experience in real estate sales, new home sales, or related fields preferred. Self-motivated, with a desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
