The responsibilities of a real estate agent include:

Create a strong personal and professional network and participate in lead generating activities. Assist buyers and sellers in purchasing and marketing properties for best price and best terms. Coordinate and conduct listing appointments, showings and open houses. Oversee sales process from beginning to close, documenting and maintaining strong communication between parties. Partner with other industry professionals through sales process to ensure a timely closing. Research and study local and national real estate market trends.
The qualifications of a real estate agent include:

Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Currently have, or willing to obtain, a state real estate license. Have strong personal financial management skills. Sales experience a plus.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
