Requirements

Active Colorado real estate license, or eligibility to obtain a broker's license (exam costs covered by Asoco) Minimum

2 years of real estate experience

Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed real estate broker or an experienced real estate agent (minimum of 2 years) who is eligible and willing to take the Colorado Broker Exam -- Asoco will cover the exam cost.

This is a contract-based position in partnership with Asoco Management. As our contracted broker, you will manage your own brokerage while collaborating with Asoco to fulfill property management requirements, including contracts, trust accounts, sales, and leasing activities.

While this role is contractual, we're looking for a long-term partner to help grow and shape the future of Asoco Management together.

What you'll do

Review and approve recommended pricing on leasing contracts. Manage owner trust accounts from residential payments. Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms. Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and real estate laws to provide expert advice. Maintain compliance with Fair Housing regulations and ethical standards in all transactions. Review and counter sign all lease agreements. Manage property listings, including conducting open houses and property showings/unit tours. Collaborate with other real estate professionals to build and maintain owner network. Work with property owners to maximize investment performance.

Experience

Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker, or real Estate Agent with at least 2 years experience. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful sales. Proficiency in marketing techniques tailored for real estate. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clients. Solid understanding of Fair Housing regulations and real estate law. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client relationships simultaneously. Prior experience in property management or administrative roles is a plus. Exceptional communication skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.

Run Your Own Brokerage:

You'll operate independently while maintaining a mutually beneficial contract with Asoco. Since we focus exclusively on property management, you're free to pursue direct real estate sales and other real estate activities on your own.

Earn More as Our Lead Agent:

As our primary leasing and brokerage partner, you'll receive a significant share of the profits. Each deal includes commission for every lease, plus a

monthly flat fee

for brokerage services.
