Responsibilities



Complete the PLACE Agent Launch program



Kickstart your career with our intensive 90-day training designed to sharpen the skills and knowledge essential for success as a REALTOR in today's market. On average, agents close or have 3.4 transactions pending during this focused period.

Implement PLACE lead generation systems weekly



Streamline your lead generation efforts using our proven systems to consistently attract motivated buyers and sellers.

Secure buyers and sellers



Utilize our effective strategies to consult with and convert more clients. Continuously enhance your expertise through hundreds of hours of training on offer writing, home marketing, and pricing tactics.

Negotiate offers for buyers and sellers



Apply established scripts and negotiation techniques to craft win-win agreements that surpass your clients' expectations.

Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to lead generation, conversion, and appointment setting



This team is ideal for those committed to showing up, working diligently, and tracking all activities using PLACE Technology.

Host a minimum of three open houses each month



Conduct at least three open houses monthly, allowing yourself one weekend off per month to maintain work-life balance, supported by comprehensive training.

Engage in weekly script practice sessions



Refine your skills through regular role-playing and script practice to achieve mastery.

Participate actively in team events and activities



Join a hardworking team that meets in the office three or more days a week. Take part in client events, script practice, dialing, door knocking, and social media efforts alongside your colleagues.

Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls



Approach this role as a career, not a hobby, with a clear weekly schedule outlining expectations and support.

Minimize administrative tasks



Benefit from our "Done For You" admin support team, which handles 75% of the marketing and transaction-related tasks, allowing you to focus on growing your business.

Qualifications



Must possess a valid REAL ESTATE LICENSE

Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with people Highly motivated and goal-oriented Reliable with excellent time management and punctuality Committed to full-time work, 40+ hours per week Consistently present and engaged in the office environment Maintains a positive and enthusiastic demeanor Demonstrates strong ethical standards and integrity Comfortable spending extensive time driving Skilled at understanding client needs and effectively matching them with suitable properties Open to feedback, eager to learn, and coachable Ambitious with a track record of achievement Minimum education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent
