Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties
• Conduct property showings, negotiations, and facilitate the closing process
• Stay up to date with the local real estate market trends and best practices
• Prepare and present offers to clients and assist with contract negotiations
• Promote and advertise listings through various marketing channels

Requirements:

• Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with standard real estate contracts and forms
• Dedication to providing outstanding customer service
• Valid real estate license in the state of Washington
• Reliable transportation
