First-year earning potential when hitting goals: $140,000+ As an Acquisitions Specialist, you'll work directly with sellers and investors, prepare offers, negotiate terms, and manage deals from initial contact through completion. You'll gain hands-on experience alongside seasoned agents who share strategies, insights, and systems that consistently produce results. To succeed, you'll need an active real estate license, strong communication skills, and a results-focused mindset.
