As a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist, you will focus on identifying opportunities, evaluating potential deals, and building strong connections with property owners and investors. Your work will directly support our mission to help clients grow wealth through smart real estate decisions.

What You'll Do

Source, analyze, and negotiate potential real estate acquisition opportunities Conduct property evaluations and gather essential market data Build and maintain relationships with sellers, agents, and investors Manage leads and follow-up systems to ensure consistent pipeline growth Collaborate with our team to structure deals and support smooth transactions

Qualifications:

Active Utah Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain). Strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients find their dream homes. Previous experience in real estate sales, new home sales, or related fields preferred. Self-motivated, with a desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
