Job Summary:

Dispatch C.S.R. works in the Dispatch Office with their fellow C.S.R.s and Shippers to efficiently handle the communications of American Eagle Ready Mix, their customers, employees and all other persons involved in the day-to-day operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Communications: Responsible for handling the communications of drivers, customers and vendors, as well as assisting the Dispatch Shippers in their day-to-day duties.

Order Scheduling: Make and maintain the ready-mix orders of our customers and are responsible for ensuring accurate and correct orders to maintain on time and in spec delivery of ready-mix concrete throughout the northern Utah market.

Customer Service: C.S.R.s must have the ability to make and maintain customer relationships thru efficient communication and scheduling while working in a past paced and sometimes challenging environment.

Employee Scheduling: Responsible for making and sending driver schedules on time to coincide with the next day's orders.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment.

Ability to multitask.

Must be organized

Proficient in Excell/Microsoft Word and Dispatching/Scheduling software.

Proficient on phone calls/Texting Software and email.

Spanish Speaking is a plus.

Prior Ready Mix/Dispatch experience a plus but not required.

Ability to work fulltime

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
