DESCRIPTION

$2,000 RETENTION BONUS

The employee will receive half after completing 6 months of employment and the remaining half after 1 year of employment.

The RDP Coordinator position is responsible for counseling individuals or groups, developing and implementing a therapeutic treatment plan, providing family support, and providing education. This position will be discussed in more depth during the interview.

Requirements:

A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a mental health-related field and 1+ year of post-graduation direct service in mental illness-relevant experience. A current/valid non-expired driver's license. This position requires driving, you must be a minimum age of 21, and have an insurable driving record. Social security card To perform this job successfully, an individual must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and type 40+ wpm. Orientation is required for employment. There are 5 days of paid orientation held Monday-Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.

This will be discussed during the interview.
