This is a Summer Internship Opportunity - Software Engineering for Signal Generator Team

- High Frequency Measurements (HFM) Division,

Santa Rosa, California.

Join the cutting-edge R&D Signal Generator team within Keysight's High Frequency Measurements (HFM) organization, renowned for developing the world's most advanced signal generators, signal analyzers, network analyzers, power meters, and modular systems used to create and analyze wireless signals.

What You'll Do:

As a software intern, you'll collaborate closely with experienced R&D engineers and contribute to the full software development lifecycle. Your work may span:Developing software for the hardware control layer (HCL) and/or signal generator applications Participating in Agile Scrum practices and team roles Designing and implementing software for electronic test and measurement instruments Gaining hands-on experience in instrument control and automation Exploring applications of AI to enhance product quality and engineering productivity

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's (Junior or Senior standing) or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science Strong proficiency in C++ with hands-on experience in software development Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a passion for exploring emerging technologies Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working effectively in team environments Familiarity with test and measurement (T&M) instruments is a plus Experience with applied AI techniques is highly desirable Practical knowledge of Angular framework is a bonus


Santa Rosa, CA Pay Range: MIN $38.77 - MAX $41.75
