What You'll Do

Create & Innovate:

Develop new food products and improve existing ones to delight consumers.

Lead Commercialization:

Take projects from bench-top to full-scale production. Organize and manage projects; interacts, supports, facilitates, and leads multi-functional work teams; leads teams to consensus; strong negotiation skills.

Drive Efficiency:

Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize processes.

Collaborate:

Work with cross-functional teams to solve technical and operational challenges.

Validate & Scale:

Ensure smooth plant-level implementation of product and process changes.

Qualifications:

What We're Looking For

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or related technical field.

Experience:

2+ years in food industry product development or process development.

Skills:

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Proven creativity and innovation mindset.
+ Project management and team leadership experience.
+ Ability to scale from bench to plant production.

Bonus

: Experience with roasted or seasoned nuts (not required).
