As an RCX Sports League Coordinator you will oversee the daily operations of an assigned region of NFL FLAG, Jr. NBA, and/or NHL Street leagues. You will be responsible for ensuring all leagues are organized and maintained in order to provide a high-quality experience for our customers. At RCX Sports, you\'ll partner with premier sports brands, professional leagues, and league staff, to equip local youth sports leagues with the resources, training, and tools they need in order to thrive. RCX Sports League Coordinator is the first level of RCX Sports League Coordinator position series. League Coordinators will have the opportunity to receive regular annual salary increases and flex to an RCX Sports Senior League Coordinator role while participating in our RCX Sports League Coordinator program. RCX Sports League Coordinator Program Information:

• RCX Sports League Coordinator is the first level of RCX Sports League Coordinator position series (open to all applicants)
• The RCX Sports Senior League Coordinator is the senior level position in the RCX Sports League Coordinator position series (no application required, all League Coordinator incumbents are eligible)
• League Coordinators are eligible for the Senior League Coordinator position after 24 consecutive months of employment as a League coordinator as defined below:
• After successfully completing 12 consecutive months as a League Coordinator you will be eligible for a salary increase of 5% contingent upon a satisfactory performance review
• After successfully completing an additional 12 consecutive months as a League Coordinator after your initial satisfactory performance review, you will be eligible for an additional salary increase of 5% and assignment of RCX Sports Senior League Coordinator title contingent upon a satisfactory performance review

As an RCX Sports League Coordinator you will:

• Manage RCX Sports owned youth sports leagues and oversee the daily operations to ensure each league maintains the standards of RCX Sports and their partners
• Organize league calendar and schedule dates for leagues in your region (season dates, coaches\xe2\x80\x99 meetings, tournaments)
• Ensure accuracy and completion of field rental, league agreements, and corresponding payments
• Execute and oversee the team formation process including the set up and maintenance of the online registration system
• Maintain regular communication with Customer Services Representatives to handle customer issues and prepare regular league communications
• Collaborate with RCX Sports Human Resources team to hire, onboarding, train and support on site staff members for each of your assigned leagues
• Coordinate with external partners for additional on-site personnel and event needs including assignors and the Manager of Officials, league photographers, and other external contacts necessary to execute successful game day operations
• Contribute to the expansion of RCX Sports leagues by reviewing and analyzing weekly league performance, developing participation and service goals, deploying creative solutions for customer satisfaction, and increasing retention of players in owned leagues
• Prepare regular field, registration, and customer service reports to management within your region
• Connect with the Senior League Coordinators and Regional Managers within your region to visit licensed league and develop relationships within the community including schools, school districts, recreational facilities and other external partners.
• Perform any other League Operations tasks to expand the RCX Sports brand as assigned
• Have the opportunity to assist the RCX Sports Events department with events

RCX Sports Senior League Coordinator (Senior Level position) As an RCX Sports Senior League Coordinator you will maintain the duties of a League Coordinator, train new league coordinators on your team and act as a primary point of contact for the resolution of league customer concerns. You will collaborate with Regional Managers and League Coordinators to ensure the daily work of League Operations staff upholds the standards of RCX Sports and their partners. A successful person in this role is someone who is an effective problem solver with a passion for leadership and training. In addition to RCX Sports League Coordinator duties, Senior League Coordinators will:

• Provide elite customer service by acting as the primary point of contact for the resolution of complex customer issues and escalating unresolved concerns to Regional Managers
• Provide training and assistance for new RCX Sports League Coordinators and assist with implementing best practices for development of their assigned leagues
• Become a product expert with all RCX Sports offerings and efficiently coordinate with internal partners to proactively provide assistance to customers and operational partners
• Lead special projects and perform any other League Operations tasks to expand the RCX Sports brand as assigned

More about the role:

• Travel: Less than 10% (Travel expenses covered by RCX Sports)
• Work Schedule: Full-time 40 Hours/Week OT-Eligible \xe2\x80\x93 Flexible Schedule (some nights and weekends required during in-season period) teammates have the flexibility to create their own daily work schedule between 7:30 AM \xe2\x80\x93 7:30 PM.
• Reports to: RCX Sports Regional Manager
• Supervisory Responsibilities: Oversee Seasonal Part-Time On-Site Staff
• Compensation: Salaried (Paid Weekly) - This position is eligible for overtime. This position is eligible for discretionary annual bonuses based on RCX Sports and employee performance.
• Work Location: Primarily remote work with occasional required on-site in-season work to support and expand the RCX Sports leagues within the assigned state area. Candidate must be able and willing to travel to current RCX Sports field locations.
• Assigned State/Area & Field Locations: This position will support the leagues throughout the state of Minnesota with a main focus within the Minneapolis and surrounding areas. Ideal candidates for this role will be located within the assigned state and be available to occasionally travel to these sites as needed. All RCX Sports league locations in Minnesota include:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree from an accredited university (Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in Sports Management or related preferred)
• At least 1 year of professional customer service experience with demonstrated experience of effectively addressing customer concerns in a timely manner (Required)
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills and ability to build authentic, collaborative relationships with internal and external partners
