Job Description
Cordova Land Management has a Part-Time Employment Opportunity 10-99 Contractor position.
You will have to sign a W-9, Liability waiver and Non-Disclosure Upon Acceptance of Offer.

Hours: Monday through Friday
Every Other Weekend
Potential for more hours.
We work All Year Long. Hot, Cold, Rain or Snow.
Must be willing to work hard, pass a background check and a drug screening.
The following duties include, but are not limited to:
-Cleaning Stalls
-Feeding horses
- Filling waters, checking waters, breaking waters
-Holding for farrier and dental services as needed
-Keeping Barns Organized, Swept and tidy
-Assisting in fire watch for welding activities, extra hand for fence building
-Stacking square bales of hay, unloading and stacking feed bags
-Mowing. Zero turn, push mower, mowing with brush cutter
-Picking up down tree limbs, debris, trash, material etc.
-Keeping all buildings interior and exterior on property clean and organized
-Taking care of dogs when needed , Feed,water, bathroom breaks
-Cleaning vehicles out and keeping them tidy, in example, tractor, ranch trucks, side by side
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $8.00 - $14.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
