BJC HealthCare is now hiring a Full-time X-Ray Tech at our Outpatient Orthopedic Center

*New grads, upcoming grads, and experienced Rad Techs welcome to apply.*

Position Details:

• 4-10\'s or 8\'s
• Mon-Fri 730am-4pm or Tues-Fri 730am-6pm
• No Call!
• Weekends: it is a rotation and a half day (8am-12) 2 Saturdays approx. every 10 weeks
• General Radiology (X-Ray Tech), Radiologic Technologists, Radiographer, Rad Tech, Radiology Tech, Medical Imaging, RT, ARRT

Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose

The Radiology Technologist performs general imaging radiographic procedures to adult and/or pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders

Responsibilities * Completes registration and prepares patients for procedures. Informs patient on instructions and what the procedure entails with a high level of customer service and professionalism.

• Performs radiographic imaging examinations.

Minimum Requirements

Education * High School Diploma or GED

Experience * No Experience

Supervisor Experience * No Experience

Licenses & Certifications * IEMA - Illinois only

• Radiology Technologist - Reg

Preferred Requirements

Education * Associate\'s Degree
- Radiology

Experience * <2 years

Licenses & Certifications * Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
