Overview:

UGA Athens Ortho Walk-In Clinic!

JOB PURPOSE: Operates radiologic equipment to make clinical diagnostic radiographs and performs diagnostic procedures according to established standards and practices.

Provide patient services using imaging modalities in the Orthopedic Clinic and University of Georgia Athletic Association sites as needed. Provides patient care to all age groups to include pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. This role will require day, evening, weekend and on-call requirements for the Orthopedic Clinic and University of Georgia Athletic Association.

Responsibilities: Operates radiologic equipment to make clinical diagnostic radiographs and performs routine diagnostic procedures according to established standards and practices. Provide patient services using imaging modalities. Provides patient care to all age groups, including neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric. Qualifications:

Education

Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program. Required

Licenses and Certifications

BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required and ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Upon Hire Required
