Radiation-Hardened Electronics T

SETA

to support an innovative program. The ideal candidate will provide technical intelligence, program execution oversight, and risk assessment for complex research projects. The candidate will evaluate performer progress, assess programmatic and technical risks, oversee IV&V activities, and ensure best practices across company and performer teams. Required Experience



Prior radiation-hardened electronics and government research experience. Knowledge of particle accelerator physics and design, circuit materials, single?event effects, high?energy particle/material interactions, radiation?tolerant circuit design, and long?term material changes. Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn new technical domains and gain insights into emerging research. U.S. Citizenship

Desired Experienc

Doctorate, Master's with three years, or Bachelor's with 5 years of relevant experience in radiation-hardened electronics. Experience coordinating with foundries, managing fabrication workflows, and conducting failure analysis. Experience working with DARPA and coordinating across government teams. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Strong organization skills and ability to manage quick-turn requirements. * Flexible and adaptable to changing program needs.
